An Improved Optimization Algorithm for Aeronautical Maintenance and Repair Task Scheduling Problem

The maintenance of carrier-based aircraft is a critical factor restricting the availability fleets and their capacity to sortie operate. In this study, an aeronautical repair task scheduling problem for in hangar bays investigated improve efficiency carrier bays. First, operational process tasks systematically analyzed. Based on resource constraints actual requirements, wave index load balance personnel are proposed optimization. An model formulated fleets. Second, abstraction performed simulate multi-skill resource-constrained project problem, improved teaching-learning-based optimization algorithm proposed. utilizes serial generation scheme based constraint advancement. Finally, feasibility effectiveness modeling verified by using simulation cases comparisons. exhibits solution stability performance. This method provides theoretical support deterministic planning reduces burden associated with manual planning.
